I am sure you guys are all aware (unless you’ve been living under a rock) that mental health has been a big focus this year. With all the goings on of lockdowns around the world, the 24/7 news cycle and our inability to live our normal lives, I feel it has created the perfect storm for the rise in mental health challenges we are seeing as a culture.
We have all been affected by what’s been going on this year. In today’s solo episode, I walk through my toolbox that I use with my client base and myself on how to keep your wellness and mental health in check during a lockdown.
